Quotations are prepared according to the confirmed specifications and may be affected by quantity, material selection, artwork complexity, tooling requirements, finishing processes, packaging, shipping terms, and destination. Freight, taxes, duties, sample charges, tooling costs, and other expenses will be identified where applicable. Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is based only on the information supplied at the time of pricing and may be revised if the specifications or order quantity change.
Samples may be discussed before mass production when required. The availability, cost, production method, and lead time for a sample depend on the product and customization details. A sample may differ from mass production where digital sampling, handmade construction, substitute materials, or limited finishing methods are used.
Buyers should provide production-ready artwork in an agreed file format, with suitable resolution, fonts, bleed, color settings, and cutting or folding guides. We may request revised files if the submitted artwork is incomplete or unsuitable for production.
A digital proof, layout, mock-up, or physical sample may be provided for approval depending on the order. The buyer is responsible for checking all visible content before approval, including spelling, numbers, dimensions, barcodes, QR codes, colors, image placement, page sequence, cutting lines, and contact information. Production will follow the approved files and confirmed specifications. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and an adjusted production schedule.

Printing and manufacturing processes can involve normal tolerances in color, dimensions, cutting, folding, binding, material thickness, position, and quantity. Screen displays and office printers may not reproduce production colors accurately. Where color matching is important, the buyer should provide an appropriate physical reference or specify an agreed color standard before production.
Progress updates or production photographs may be provided when practical or agreed in advance. Such images are intended for communication and do not replace the approved proof, physical sample, or final inspection requirements.
Products are packed according to their size, material, finishing, transportation method, and any confirmed buyer instructions. Standard export-oriented packing or customized packing may be arranged depending on the order. Special cartons, individual wrapping, labels, barcodes, palletizing, protective inserts, or other packing requirements should be specified before quotation and order confirmation.

Claims relating to buyer-approved content, incorrect files supplied by the buyer, unapproved changes, normal production tolerances, improper storage, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery will be evaluated according to the specific circumstances. Buyers should not discard, return, modify, or rework disputed products without prior written communication.
We welcome feedback after each order and can retain relevant product specifications for repeat-order reference. Materials, colors, pricing, and production conditions may change over time, so repeat orders remain subject to current confirmation and approval.
